RSA Environmental Health Limited is a trading subsidiary of PHSC plc, our parent company. On 3 June 2003, PHSC plc joined the OFEX market.

OFEX is a share trading market operated by OFEX plc in the UK and acts as a secondary market for the securities of unlisted and unquoted companies. The OFEX market is a Prescribed Market under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
