Food Sanitation Services

Food Hygiene Training

All courses are internationally recognised and administered by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health UK and the National Restaurant Association.

Course materials can be prepared and provided to ships training officers to enable primary/basic training to be provided on board by your own staff.

Water Sampling

Identification of sampling need together with the development of sampling and recording systems for potable and leisure water systems.

Examination of water supplies being used for bunkering.
