Our EHOs can usually carry out up to seven inspections per day dependent upon inspection protocols to be followed and risk rating. If you pay on a per inspection basis, then you only pay for work that is actually carried out, meaning you never pay for lost time.

We carry out the inspections at the required time enabling targets to be met and allowing your EHOs to get on with other work. The inspection service includes all record keeping, writing letters and so on. We do not normally charge for void or closed premises but a charge may be levied if excessive time has been taken.

We have the ability to send advanced appointment letters to health and safety/licensing premises in your area from our office.

We quickly integrate and operate under your existing inspection systems, using your computer database and adopting your “house style”. All inspections are in accordance with all HELA guidance.

If required, joint inspections may be made assessing both Food Safety, Licensing and Health & Safety or any combination of the three.

As qualified EHO’s and Health & Safety inspectors, if authorised by the local authority, we are able to serve improvement notices and take other formal action if required.

We will provide you with a selection of available officers for your contract. You can then choose which inspectors you would like to conduct the work. Interviews with prospective candidates can be arranged.

We can provide you with a number of references from other local authorities for whom we have conducted similar work.
