This 4-day course is suitable for all establishments who need to provide First Aid at Work Certificate holders in the workplace in accordance with their responsibility under the First Aid at Work Regulations. This course is designed to issue a certificate of competency to delegates who successfully complete a continuous assessment on theory and a final examination on practical aspects of First Aid. The certificates are valid for three years.

This 1-day course is suitable for staff in shops and offices where there are a small number of people in the workplace. The usual number of employees is less than twenty-five and hazard risk is assessed as low. This course is designed to teach delegates essential life-saving training prior to the arrival of an ambulance and is ideal for people involved in shops and offices, working with a small number of employees. A certificate of competency is issued to delegates who perform to a satisfactory standard. It is recommended that this course is undertaken annually.
